"The population bubble that has been the youth market 3 decades ago is, today, industry I've defined as Zoomers," says Znaimer. "They were the dominant generation then... they continue to be the dominant generation now. Zoomers can be a growing, vibrant and affluent community. They look on the world with optimism; they're engaged and wish to enrich their lives and the lives of the communities."
Zoomers encompass the two Baby Boomers (ages 44 to 62) and those older.
It's a vast group -- 14.5 million, making up 44 per-cent of the population, and controlling over 77 percent of most Canadian wealth. they probably control a lot of the wealth in America and Europe too.

The fastest growing demographic on Facebook remains to be women over 55 -- these day there are nearly 1.5 million of which active on Facebook monthly.

Could you forget about the need to pay special focus on training, motivating, and fascinating your Zoomer employees? They ought to be happy only to have a career, right? Absolutely no way.

As a skilful negotiator you will have to discover how to incorporate the divergent values in the generations.
Managers must outline your expectations clearly to Zoomers. The alive, bright, ambitious ones will like that. The laggards will resent you. You'll have to stay the program whilst not alienating them. One on one's perform well to shift a disengaged Zoomer into a more committed employee. Zoomers are more used to acquiescing to authority than GenY's or Millennials.
